Zirconia beads are also called zirconia balls, TZP, grinding beads, grinding balls, is a kind of high-quality grinding material, mostly composed of Tetragonal Zirconium oxide (Tetragonal Zirconium Polycrystal), so it is also called “TZP” zirconia beads, which are made of micron and subnano zirconia and yttrium oxide as raw materials. It is a kind of grinding bead used for ultra-fine grinding and dispersion of materials requiring “zero pollution” and high viscosity and high hardness. Zirconia beads (referred to as “TZP” zirconia beads) are made of micron and sub-nanometer raw materials with advanced technology.    1, the cause of broken beads

4. Judging the normal wear and crushing of zirconia beads
   Under normal circumstances, the zirconia beads that work for a period of time become smaller and the surface is smooth without edges and corners, which should be the wear of normal beads; On the contrary, if there is an angular, flaky shaped bead in the bead, it should be a broken bead.
